This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Hbmxf, operated by 11514 LLC.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, clean, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Items must include original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories.
- Pet clothing that shows pet hair, odor, stains, washing, stretching, claw marks, or heavy handling cannot be accepted as a new-condition return.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for review.
3. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect item, defective item, or product damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and provide the appropriate next step.
4. How to Request a Return

- Wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
