This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Hbmxf, operated by 11514 LLC. We currently prepare orders for customers in Singapore and charge all orders in USD.

- Processing may take longer during public holidays, inventory checks, or address verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

The total delivery estimate includes processing time plus carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier handling, customs review, local holidays, weather, or incorrect address details.
3. Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incomplete, invalid, or cannot be serviced, we may contact you for clarification before dispatch.
5. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory location and carrier handling. No additional shipping fee is charged when we split an order.
6. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, keep the product, packaging, and shipping label and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
